... effective for sleep? I suffer insomnia
I've been taking Prozac off n on for over 20 years n I've always taken it in the daytime. And at the beginning it can give U more memorable dreams, nothing truly awful or scary. Maybe strange n out of the blue, but still in the normal range. It eventually subsides or becomes tolerable if it was or is a problem. For me it hasn't been, but it is different for each of Us. What works for One might not work for another. There are side affects to most all antidepressants! When n if you do experience these side affects that usually don't last anywhere between a few days to a couple of weeks, sometimes a little longer. If the problems U r having are severe and or last longer, you immediately contact your doctor. He will either change your dose or change your prescription/medicine. Don't worry so much about the negative you hear/read. There is a lot of good information too. Good luck & god bless ~ p.s. keep Us updated ?
