It's a big dose of artificial hormone that can give you hormonal symptoms, such as those you may get with a period or pregnancy, for example. You should find that most of the symptoms subside as your body gets used to the Drug, but some can remain. It's different for everyone.
There is always the possibility that your need to urinate more frequently is something unrelated to the Depo Provera, such as an infection. If you notice burning when you pee, or a strong odour, then it's time to see the doctor.
