They say now to take it at bedtime because most clots happen in the morning so taking it at bedtime has a little bit better affect on platelet activity than taking it in the morning. This was a small study though. Most Drs will tell you it doesnt really matter because aspirin acts for a long time in the body. The latest study just shows that taking it at bedtime may be a little better than taking it in the AM.
