I used to take diazepam alone .It was good both for palpitation and shaky hands .Now I changed it to Buspirone ,but it doesn't work for me . Do you think adding propranolol with Buspirone or without it will work for me ? however I have blood pressure too. do these 2 pills work good with lisinopril. Thank you for your comment and experience to share

Adding a beta blocker like propanolol should help and it is a bp med. How are you taking the buspirone? If you are having palpitations they will make you feel anxious and your hands will tremble, I've been there. Nothing for nerves is going to help, you need to stop the palpitations. Propanalol can do that
