Redux(fenfluramine/phentermine) damages heart valves-withdrawn.-apparently reformulated as dexfenfluramine. Talwin(pentazocine) has been withdrawn a long time. Reformulations are available--pentazocine/APAP-- Talacen and pentazocine/naloxone-Talwin NX. Is Placidyl (ethchlorvynol) still available?
