I was given propofol for a procedure and within 2 hours I bagan having allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing (or feeling like I have to sneeze) and my left eye watering constantly. So far this is far more miserable than the pain from procedure.

I have had seasonal allegies and have been on maintenance dose of meds but these symptoms came on very quickly, very severe and are not responding to the allergy meds at all.
Those aren't the symptoms of an allergy to a drug. That is hives and throat swelling and difficulty breathing. Allergy symptoms to propofol would happen soon after it was started, not 2 hrs later. What you're experiencing are the symptoms of environmental allergy.
You are describing my symptoms EXACTLY! I had an endoscopy yesterday and as soon as I woke .. I had the feeling I needed to sneeze. I sneezed 3 times .. and have been miserable since. Blowing my nose .. sneezing .. left eye watering.
I had the same procedure two years ago. Very same symptoms. Lasted 4 long days but finally cleared up.
So .. no honey ... you are not having enviromental allergies. Its from the propofol.
