Please check your reference books. Each lab that does tis will have different standards. The prograf I take is done at Mayo labs. The range is 5.0 to 15.0 as a trough. Toxicity is a major factor.
Whoa, long time ago I answered this. They base the dose on 12 hours but need to know exactly what time you took the dose and what time the blood draw was. Apparently there is a formula for metabolizing. Use a 24 hour clock. So 11:30pm is written as 23:00 time. Ok? Sorry, but just found this. Hope it is still useful. This med can be stopped to readjust for a brief time if they need to do so. Does depend upon its use.
