If you're giving it to yourself, the best place is the large muscle in your thigh. Sit on a chair, draw an imaginary line down the middle of your thigh, then the muscle you want is on the outside of your leg, between the line and the chair. You go about a hands width up from your knee, and a hands width down from your hip, anywhere between there. It sounds complicated but its not at all when you do it. Change the site every time you give yourself an injection.
