I am taking 120 mg daily. 3 mg klonopin daily. I hope to feel relief with progesterone. My levels were low.
First, I personally have never felt any of the vaginal creams help with anything. If your progesterone levels are low, what about taking it in patch form or a pill? And what does your genetic testing mean that you can't take anti-depressants? Have never heard of such a thing. You really need to take an anti-depressant. And I would taper off the Klonopin very slowly. I went into severe depression reducing a 0.5 mg Klonopin pill by 1/4 at a time. I would get a second opinion ASAP. Depression is nothing to fool around with. Wish you the best.
Don't forget to have therapy with a psychologist during this time. A lot of guilt can build up and you don't want it to affect the child later. The child was not the cause. Just hormones in your body. Your bonding will come back and all will be fine. Don't forget it. Untreated some people can hallucinate and cause harm. Keep working on the depression and never fear to ask for helps when this is done your child will bring the joy you are waiting for. Blessings to you,
