I just started Hormone replacement . I have had 2 treatments with the pellets. My sleeping is horrible. The Dr. at the therapy center prescribed me Progesterone to help me sleep. When I researched it I didn't see anything on it to help with sleep. I am 67 had a complete historectmory at age 40. Is this pill safe.
I take 200 of progesterone only because the pellets I got had too much testosterone. And doc said supposedly to even out hormones. Progesterone does help me calm down and I can sleep a good 2-3 hours at night.
But because T is extremely high 180 mg I'm irritable, anxious and panicky. I would be against pellets in the future. Good luck.
