Hi all. Thought I would pass this on to you. I was talking with a friend who is an internal medicine doc of over twenty years this weekend. She said something I thought I should pass on.
If you take either flax seed oil or fish oil supplements twice a day, it will create regular bowel movements and help regulate your digestive tract. She recommends the flax seed oil as people have less problems with it, like burping up a fishy smell.
Funny thing. I remember as a child receiving cod liver oil for exactly that when a young child. Guess grandma knew best.
