I take ranitidine (zantac) 150mg two pills twice a day and it has caused me to fail drug tests showing a false positive for methanphetamines.
Wow, I had no idea that Zantac had some ingredients in it that would cause a false positive! I would call your doctor's office and have your doc dictate a letter and send it to your PO, explaining that some ingredients in this medicine can cause false positives and that it is necessary for you to keep taking it.
