Hi, Jean! Both are excellent medications for anxiety but to try to compare the two is like comparing apples and oranges. The better drug will be the one that works better for YOU and there's no predicting that. Every psychiatric drug affects each individual differently and what works well for one person may have little effect on another.
Your best bet is to educate yourself as much as possible, read reviews, and make a decision based on a trial basis. Try it and see how your choice works for you ~ if it's not the best you have many other options to try.
