Any hematologist would be able to help you. Ask your primary care doctor to refer you or to recommend someone. I, too, have hypogammaglobulinemia. Mine was caused by chemo, not PIDD. You can also check with IDF (the Immunodeficiency Foundation) on IDF.com. They might be able to help you find someone. They have great resources for PIDD sufferers.
