Cialis, Viagra, Levitra, etc. prices have soared over the last few years, making them unaffordable for many men, myself included. I cannot do anything about my E.D. without going way over my budget, which I cannot afford to do. I have heard stories about patent expirations, generic brands, price reduction, and even OTC Cialis. Additionally, I've heard that other countries sell them a lot cheaper than the U.S. but also heard it's illegal to purchase them overseas, and even if were legal, who could I actually trust? Is any of this true? I would appreciate any input you have.
Will the price or E.D. drugs come down?

Bruce; Of the one's on the market right now none have a generic so they keep making as much as they can. Every time you have to go in the office see if the doctor has some samples. And keep checking Viagra was the first one on the market so it should be the first to come out with a generic and they don't tell the doctor or pharmacist when because we would not buy as much knowing the generic is on its way. Right now that is the only hope. And you must be very careful some people try to sell fake one's or some that come from another country and have little to none of the drugs in it. But they don't recommend it because none of the tablets are scored but had a lot of people buy their prescription for the stronger like Viagra and cut them with a razor and try to see what they really need also the others just get it as close as you can to the 1/2 dose. Also, type their names in the top and see in the search bar if anyone of them offer any discount from the manufacturer. It's worth trying Chuck1957
A secret nobody knows or wants to share. Their is actually a generic for Sildenafil (Viagra) but its aimed at pulmonary hypertension but its exactly the same drug. Its trade name is Revatio and comes in 20mg tablets and even if insurance doesn't cover it thats ok because its dirt cheap. If you have a realistic Dr who is halfway cool they should write you an Rx and 1 to 3 of those tabs should do the trick

luke; Problem with that is many insurance companies believe it or not even stick us with how many days supply and will not pay for over one day. It is crazy. But from what I see guessing Viagra should be coming out generic pretty soon. by the year it was patented. It sucks being on this end and everyone thinks the pharmacy is the one making big bucks crap it busting your butt and have to have a big volume many insurance companies pay just over a dollar per prescription if you're lucky a few do pay around 3 to 4 dollars so you can count if I get a chance to screw them I do. the drug companies. have a great day my friend. okay, ALL ABOUT Viagra from the DEA SITE AND DRUG.COM.. IT SHOULD BE OUT IN THE USA DEC/2017 DEA APPROVED GENERIC ONLY TO TEVA COMPANY. AND PFIZER MADE A DEAL WITH TEVA TO PAY THEM AMOUNT OF WHAT THEY MAKE BECAUSE THE REAL PATIENT GOES UNTIL 2020, So this does happen to many new generics. it will save you some but not a huge amount until other generics are out.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY NO PHARMACY IS FDA APPROVED AND SO MANY OF THE PRESCRIPTIONS CHECKED HERE ARE NOT EVEN THE MEDICATION IT SAYS OR JUST HAS SO OF THE 100MG THERE MIGHT BE 5 MG. this is as bad as some of the blood pressure medication that has been found to have rat poison in the generic from out of the country so grin and bear it on VIAGRA GENERIC IN THE USA. AND KNOW WHEN TEVA DOES COME OUT THE PRICE WELL BE STILL HIGH BUT KNOW THAT MANY OTHER COMPANIES ARE IN THE WINGS AND WELL GET IT OUT AND THE PRICE WELL DROP THEN. GOOD LUCK CHUCK1957 Oregon, Portland. at this point, they have no idea what the prices will be. it's a wait and sees. Chuck. more to come from drugs dot com
OK, this is what drugs.com has found out. this game that I already typed is normal for the large drug companies. here you go. Chuck1957 (((( According to Pfizer, generic Viagra will not be available in the U.S. until December 2017, or possibly earlier, due to patent protection. The original patent for Viagra was set to expire in 2020; however, Pfizer has entered into an agreement to allow Teva Pharmaceuticals to launch the generic. The generic formulation of Viagra has already been tentatively approved by the FDA for Teva and several other generic manufacturers. Teva will pay Pfizer a royalty to market the generic, but the final cost of the generic product is not known at this time. In 2020, other generic manufacturers will be able to enter the market with generic Viagra.
Generic Viagra has been available in Canada since 2012. In Europe, Viagra became available generically in 2013.)))))
What?
60 tablets is less than $40 bucks. It seems like you're trying to counter points I didn't make or imply
Lukeuno Sorry don't understand the last 2 comments but as far as in the USA a generic the DEA say may be out as early as late 2018 and the real price drop because more people will be able to make it could be as late as 2020 sorry for confusion this is what the drug companies do on purpose. Chuck1957
