... there a relation. First, on April 19, a pain in my lower back kidney area occurred which I treated with Ben Gay, Peppermint oil and Aleeve. then came the lumbar region pain on April 21.
A possible side effect is back, muscle or joint point- so yes it's possible. Still, it's likely to go away fairly soon if that is the cause.
Otherwise you may need to see a chiropractor or physical therapist about the pain. Maybe even try some dry needling from a certified therapist - it can work wonders on pain.
