While on Sertraline
The first line of choice are the psychostimulants ~ Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, etc. ~ but your doctor may be hesitant to prescribe them if you have a history of substance abuse or high blood pressure. There would also be a very small risk of a rare, but serious, disorder known as serotonin syndrome if taken in conjunction with your sertraline.
This is a matter that needs to be discussed with your physician or psychiatrist.
