Prescriptions are only good for a year from the day they are written.
Many drug scripts are good for a year, especially non controlled substances. Some controlled drugs (this one is a C-IV) are only good for 90 days or 6 months with some States laws. This one is certain to not be fillable any longer. Tear it up or shred it to void the personal information before you dispose of it.
