Does this mean just not to take at the same time frame as antacids
Apriso depends on an acidic gi tract and if you take antacids it will alter the PH toward alkaline. So no antacids is the best way to go. I doubt that things like prilosec or prevacid are in that antacid ban, but check with your pharmacist. Antacids are things like tums, rolaids, and maalox.
