Check with the dr, because you only take er once a day. He may intend for you to take 3 at once.
Hi, i agree, for you to check with your doctor about the intended dose... Tramadol ER is usually prescribed at 100mg per day to start with, until you get used to it, however, the maximum dose is 300mg per day, so the pharmacy instructions are probably correct
