I am 5-7 weeks. I have been on this medicine for 12 years my current dose is 3 times a day 90.milligrams. without this medicine it is difficult for me to focus and complete any single activity. I know the first trimester is the most important. I would like to know if it is safe to take 1 pill per day or just do my best to without the medication or any other safer options. Also would've to know if i need to stop medication now can i take in my second trimester?.even if its not every day or half of my pill when i have things to finish or study. Thank u
Kaismama is completely correct, and being a male I can't really open my mouth about pregnancy issues. I do know from my working with troubled teens that a lot of the kids who are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD that a lot of them take different vitamins to treat. Such things as Fish Oil, Vitamin B6 and B12, L-Tyrosine or L-Dopa, and other vitamins that are supposedly good for your brain. But all of this needs to be talked about with your doctor, so please don't take my information as correct, it's merely suggestions and at best mediocre advice. Take care, and I hope your pregnancy is going great and is continually great. I would love to hear what your doctor has to say about this issue so if you could share what he/she says/recommends then it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and again, I hope all goes well for you.
