Corrected amount of times taken is either 2 or 3. I have not been able to take it 4 times like asked because I am not sure if I have to schedule the dosages by hour or if it depends on my heart rate.
That one is pretty hard to follow. If you take it twice a day every day, spaced as far apart as you can within the time frame you're up and moving. for example 8 A and 8P. Then if your heart rate is up you can take one later on, and if its still up take another one. Those I wouldn't worry about time frame but need for it. The normal pulse is around 80 a min. You're also going to be watching for that feeling that you get from it being elevated. Clarify with your dr what he heart rate he thinks you need to take it for.
I would recommend taking all prescription mediations as prescribed by your doctor. Always take medication as prescribed. If you can't take the Propranolol 4x daily, I'd recommend talking with your doctor about the extended release propranolol.
The more consistent your medication schedule, the more beneficial it will be on your overall health.
