degenerative disc in my neck and arthritis in my shoulder-both on right side. What can my Dr. give me to get some relief?
That's a mild dose for the conditions you report, and, how we define "working" has a lot to do with it, these meds only help us cope, first cope, then take the meds, that's the best approach. You do not mention how long you've been taking these, but if it's more than a week, tell the Dr they're not really helping, but do not make suggestions, that's a red flag and the pain patient is suspect these days. Allow the Dr to decide on something else or an increase and the chances of getting better help are greatly increased.
