Moisturizer and serum with hydroquinone?
Avoid using skin products that can cause irritation, such as harsh soaps, shampoos, or skin cleansers, hair coloring or permanent chemicals, hair removers or waxes, or skin products with alcohol, spices, astringents, or lime.
I guess it would be ok to use a very smooth moisturizer and serum, but be careful, see that it does not contain anything from the above mentioned.
Ask the Pharmacist to help you find the right products they are very knowledgeable, and can really help you out.
