I have been prescribed chlordiazepoxide. I usually have them in capsule form but this time Ive received small, round, unmarked tablets. Have I been given the wrong drugs?
I have also occasionally received the tablets instead of the capsules. The tablets are green. I have been told that the tablets are generally no longer available in the UK but some chemists may be using up remaining stocks. I find the capsules more effective but my GP insists there should be no difference. I suspect that the different release mechanism does make a small but significant difference.
