I Have been prescribed Aldara cream for four weeks three times a week. I was told to read the leaflet carefully. It does say for all treatments to apply before sleeping - this I am doing but have received a copy of a letter from the dermatologist to my doctor stating that it should be applied in the morning. Should I change from evening to morning (I have used the cream for one week so far). Question: does it make any difference using it in the morning as opposed to using it before sleeping.
Here is the FDA info on Aldara cream. It has dosing advise depending on all the different reasons for it. https://www.drugs.com/pro/aldara.html I would say if you have doubts about any of it, call the prescribing doc and talk to them about it.
The manufacturers recommend that Aldara cream is best applied just before going to bed. I would call your dermatologist and ask if there is any benefit in applying in the morning. If not stick with the evening.
