... taking this for 3 days so realise I need to give it more time for it to hopefully do its thing. Due to my research before taking it I wasn't surprised to find it makes me very sleepy, soon after I've taken it each night. This is fine for the time being but does this eventually wear off a little? My Dr advised to take it 2 hours or so before bed, so I'm not so drowsey in the mornings. But then being drowsey from approx 9pm each night isn't ideal either. Any comments about your experiences would me much appreciated. Thanks in advance :-)
