Prepopik - How does this stuff taste? How much do you have to drink?

The amount you consume is a split dose of 5 ounces (preferred method), the first dose is followed by 5 8 oz. glasses of a clear liquid, and the second dose on the morning of the colonoscopy is followed by 3 8oz. Glasses of liquid.
The taste is surprisingly pleasant, it has a mild lemon taste (not at all salty) - unlike any preps I have previously used. Really, quite doable!
This is my 3rd colonoscopy and just used Prepopik.
By a mile, the BEST & MOST TOLERABLE prep I have ever used!
No salty, gritty taste at all! Tastes like just like orange soda.
My doctor said I could mix the powder with any clear liquid. So, instead of cold water, I mixed it with white cranberry juice, not at all bad!
I have already had 16 of the 40 ozs of the required clear liquid you must drink following the first Prepopik dose.
Hopefully, this prep stays on the market as I would never use any other again!
I never, ever go to websites to give comments, but I felt I had to with Prepopik. My story is as follows:
This past Sunday I started prepping for a colonoscopy. I dreaded, as I had done this in the past. Anyway, I started drinking the 64 oz of Gatorade with the over the counter stuff in my initial prep plan. As soon as I started drinking the Gatorade, I started feeling nausea. After 4 glasses, I vomited just about all of it up. I still had four more glasses to drink. So in despair, I called my Gastro. He said that I could try Prepopik, as it's recommended for people with nausea issues. He then called the script in for me. I was concerned, but had not choice, so I tried it. What a world of difference. Although the stuff didn't taste great, I was able to down the 5 oz without issue, then drink the recommended amount of water with no issue. I had the colonoscopy yesterday and all went well. I will definitely choose Prepopik the next time I need a colonoscopy.
After reading tons of how to do the SUPREP, here is my response and how to make it easier to do:
Put SUPREP and water in freezer 45 minutes before taking (the colder the better). Slice a lemon into small slices (mine were semi frozen). Spearmint candy in bottle of water to sip. Mentholatum Nighttime for your nose.
Desitin for you backside.
Put some Mentholatum in each nostril.
Mix your SUPREP. Bite the lemon like you do when you do shots. Hold your nose and take 3 swallows of the Mix, then bite the lemon and take a swallow of the spearmint water. Do this until all gone. This really helped me.
Be close to the bathroom because in less then 10 minutes the SUPREP started to work. Don’t plan on leaving the bathroom for awhile.
