Are you treating thrush as well as menopause? A vaginal thrush fungal infection could take up to 10 days to clear depending on the severity - so give the treatment a little longer.
The Premarin could take up to 6 weeks to improve symptoms - if after this time there are no signs of improvement see your doctor again. You may need to increase your dosage.
