after 13 days now i having been experiencing pains on my breast and is heavy, can i be pregnant?
yes, there is a chance. There is even a chance if you have sex while on your period! There is NO safe time for unprotected sex! We never know when we are ovulating. Even women who are dedicated charters for years have trouble accurately predicting ovulation. Just when we think our body is regular, it can switch up and do something different! The only safe way to have sex without becoming pregnant is to use birth control. There are many options to choose from these days. Both barrier methods and hormonal methods. Hormonal methods are best because they stop ovulation. If no egg cell is released, there can be no baby no matter how much sperm she is exposed to. Barrier methods work by containing sperm, as in condoms, or preventing sperm from entering the uterus (or womb) as in the diaphragm. Condoms are most effective paired with spermicidal foams are jellies, both are available over the counter. Spermicides should be used for killing sperm in the event of a tear or breakage of the condom. Diaphragms and hormonal birth control has to be prescribed by a doctor or other women's health practitioner. Pains and heaviness in the breasts may or may not be signs of pregnancy. This can happen with PMS too. If you are a week or more late with starting your period, go ahead and do a pregnancy test.
