I stopped my shot in February and I've had a missed period in march what are the possibility that I would become pregnant
Possible, but unlikely so soon. It can take up to 18 months to get your fertility back, & your periods can be irregular for some time. Depo Provera works by convincing your body it's pregnant, & stopping you from ovulating, so although some women conceive quite quickly after missing their last shot, it can be slow progress for others.
If you're wanting to conceive, then I suggest using Agnus Castus to rebalance your hormones naturally. I use the A. Vogel brand, due to it's quality, & get the tincture (liquid). You need to take it at the maximum dose for several months before you see progress, but it's helped lots of women.
HOWEVER, YOU CAN'T USE AGNUS CASTUS IF YOU'RE USING HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL, AS IT WILL WORK AGAINST IT, & YOU COULD BECOME PREGNANT. Hormonal birth control works by creating an imbalance in your hormones, to stop you becoming pregnant. Agnus Castus works to balance them.
*Agnus Castus is known as 'Vitex' in the USA, I believe. It's also known as 'Chaste Tree'.
