I am 18 years old and I had sex for the first time three weeks ago now. I am really stressing out that I am pregnant, the boy that I was with i dont think came inside of me as no semen came out afterwards but then i was worried that the condom may have gotten stuck in my vagina would semen still come out?, but i now dont think that it is stuck but i am not sure. I took the morning after pill also and have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative! I plan to take another one next week also. Am i over reacting? I also think i got a yeast infection or at least i think thats what it is. It was white in colour and kind of like cottage cheese but not as thick. I used canesten and it is no longer itchy but there still remains some white discharge. I am not sure when my period is due either as it was 2 weeks late the last time. I am totally freaking out which may be causing my period to delay even more. Am i being dramatic or could i be pregnant. I am getting period like cramps too but i dont know if that is just a sign of my period coming. I am really stressed out about it.
You are defiantly being dramatic. When you first loose your virginity, it is common to face mental opposition. You begin to think of all the worst possible outcomes. It is a mental problem that exists in all people. If the pregnancy tests are negative, just calm down and relax. Condoms are made to be quite resilient, so you can be assured that it did not break. However, next time you have sex, take a birth control pill days in advance. If you decide to have sex regularly, continue on the pill full time. As for the yeast infection symptoms, it is just a common yeast infection. Almost all women get it. It is just a coincidence that you happened to get during your surge of anxiety. Your cramps are just a sign of your period coming, trust me.
Just relax. Losing your virginity is something that may erupt a storm of doubt and anxiety, but you will be fine.
