... gestational period what harm could I've done to my baby?
Your obstetrician will tell you what to do to get off of them in a way that will not harm the child. You don't want to have withdrawal from them.
There are of course no studies on taking it when you're pregnant. The thing they are most concerned about is withdrawal if Mom is still taking it at delivery. If you can't see your ob immediately see the dr who prescribed them and make sure he knows you're pregnant, to help you get off them safely.
