... this normal?? I'm not getting anything accomplished and its super frustrating:((
Weak? You shouldn't be weak unless you're so nauseated that you can't eat at all. Then you need to see a dr. When you're pregnant you have to give in to how you feel. You will hit a time during your pregnancy where you'll just keep going. Your body is adjusting to supporting another being, and you need to rest when it says rest. As far as nausea, I was nauseated thru my whole first pregnancy. I did survive, lolol
By weak do you mean tired? If yes, then it is very normal to be tired. Like Kaismama says, you have to give into your body and get some rest. You cant just go and go burning the candle at both ends like so many of us get used to. Have you had your first OB visit yet? Be sure to tell your OB how you feel. You may be low on iron and may need some supplements. Are you taking prenatal vitamins. The best time to take them I found was right before bedtime with a snack so they didnt nauseate me like they did during the day.
They say the first trimester is where you have the most nausea and get tired a lot more during the day, but Mine lasted a little longer. It is normal to be very tired out of nowhere. Try having small backs several times a day. A few crackers if you are nauseous and mixed nuts or peanubutter, anything with protein for fatigue. If you are having really bad nausea or throwing up a lot there are medicines your OB can prescribe to help. Hopefully you will get past the nausea soon but then you will be eating everything in sight! Congrats on your little one!
