First off... The risk won't be known til you deliver. You need to alert your doctor to make sure they can give special treatment to the baby if the need should arise. Some doctors are not trained to handle this type of situation. Some hospitals aren't either. Telling your doctor and having a plan in place for the baby is an absolute necessity!
