Hi. No, the FDA document has information about dosing during pregnancy but that is to do with maintenance levels during the third trimester. There are no warnings or contraindications: https://www.drugs.com/pro/keppra-injection.html

It could, but unknown. My oldest son was born with a condition called Unilateral Open Lip Schizencephaly (open cleft on one side of the brain). He has seizures, learning disabilities, developmental delays, etc. He's 6 and at the level of my 4yr old.
