... was without oxygen for 6 HOURS so doctor decided to do caesarian. I say baby could not have been without oxygen for that long and lived. She insists I'm wrong. So who's right?
I'd say without doubt that that cannot possibly be true. I can imagine fetal distress caused by a variety of reasons; but even 6 hours seems hardly credible.
When she starts with her sympathy garnering story; smile, grin, (laugh) or say 'whatever'.
I had a cousin who really was in fetal distress during birth. They were badly concerned as the baby had had oxygen starvation (minutes) and was delivered profoundly brain damaged. God let her go on ahead at @ age 3.
