I know it is hard but try to nibble on something. Dont let your stomach get completely empty. Usually a carbohydrate like crackers, dry toast, dry bagel or something along those lines will help. Try to eat a little something every hour. You can try some ginger ale or make yourself ginger tea just dont make it too strong so it doesnt aggravate your bowel condition. I used to have to lay down very still and nibble on a carb until the nausea went away. This will pass once you get further along but you may still get nausea again if you allow yourself to get too hungry.
