Just started taking .5 mg 4 nights ago and every night my RLS has gotten worse and worse. Today had to do the treadmill twice and have taken 3 Robaxet to calm down my legs. Should I give up now or will it improve?
Hi Kristin. I have been taking Pramipexole for a long time for my RLS. The key is to take it earlier in the evening, not right before you go to bed. I have discovered that if I wait to take it or forget to take it until after 9 pm., my RLS also seems worse. But when I take it early (anytime between 6:30 pm. and 8:30 pm.) it works very well and I sleep peacefully through the night. Before you give up, please try taking it earlier in the evening and see if that helps you.
