No there is no reversal agent for Pradaxa. You will have to use compression and if you cannot stop the bleeding you will need to go to the hospital. Do NOT wait especially if you are talking about shooting a nail thru a body part or any power cutting tool injuries. You should talk to your doctor about the possibility of switching over to Xarelto as this does have a reversal agent. You could also discuss switching to Arixtra or Lovenox. See a Hematologist if you are not already seeing one to discuss your options or advise your current doctor.
