Hi, have you heard of or tried EMDR (eye movement desensitisation & reprocessing)? It is a relatively 'new' form of therapy which is particularly helpful for people who have suffered past traumatic events. I had it a couple of years ago for about 6 months & it was surprisingly good. I would recommend anyone try it. You must make sure you have a fully qualified, experienced therapist that works in the field you need help with. For example I sought someone who had experience with addictions. Do a bit of research on the Internet and see what you think?
