I feel for you. it seems like it goes on forever and will not get better. It will, Ptsd responds to different types of therapy. If you dont have one yet get a good therapist that specializes in ptsd. They have several new therapies that have very good results. Some of the medicines can make it worse. What have u been on and what are you taking now. I ask this because u said about the anxiety, some meds make the anxiety part worse.If you live near a big city try a good teaching hospital that does work in this area, usually teaching hospital r on the edge of the newest therapies. I know what happened will never go away but finding other people who been what you been thru as a support group or group therapy can help also. I am sure you heard all this b4.
