ok... so for about a year and a half now i have had the pressure headaches after doing meth for about a month, then quit because it almost killed me with a fast heart beat and high blood pressure. Well, im 21 now and i still have them and it seems like i have to "pop" my ears CONSTANTLY. I also get headaches on a constant basis.i am starting to freak out and think i have a brain tumor???
I would like to point you in a good direction and this forum only allows me to give one answer per question, so I will try not to be to long winded.
First, I survived a brain aneurysm about 10 years ago and consequently had a permanent headache for years. I had gone to many docs and had many exams, MRIs and such with no relief.
In 2007 I met a NeuroMuscular Therapist who asked for an opportunity try to fix my headaches. I had no previous knowledge of this type of therapy. In short it is medical massage and it worked for me. In fact it worked so well I went back to school to become a NMT.
Also, There have been many studies done about massage and its benefits for withdraw symptoms including headaches. google scholar has a lot of these studies listed.
My suggestion is to find a good NMT (alltherapist.com is a good independent referral site) and see if they can help.
Hope this helps

Have you really suffered for the past year and a half and not seen a doctor? You definately need to see a doctor. Probably you will be asked to get an MRI to rule out anything more serious which is very unlikely. If you're taking any kind of pain relievers (even OTC ones) at least 3x a week, then that fuels rebound headaches indefinately which could be your problem. Instead you would need a daily preventative medication to prevent your headaches. And there are many other treatments available. See a doctor and stop worrying.
