Hi, I got badly sunburned last weekend and have been applying copious amounts of aftersun and moisturiser. Late afternoon (daily) i get blistering of my arms, even when i have not exposed my skin to the sun... can someone apply 'too much' aftersun??? By morning it has calmed down...
Is it possible to apply 'too much' aftersun lotion?

Ooh Delilah, too much of anything isn't helpful, have you tried the natural aloe Vera or a couple of cool baths? Just be sure that the blisters don't get infected, apply cool cloths to them too but, too seriously your Dr. Should call in some type of save doe the blisters, if you do plan on any type of outdoor activity SUNSCREEN,honey,,, patients, sunburns are very irritating like poison ivy just about.o.k. by for now
Delila, You may be allergic to a certain ingredient in the lotion. Stay off of it for a while and see if it goes away. If it doesn't then see a skin specialist. If it completely goes away then just dab a normal amount of the same lotion then you'll know if their is something in the lotion that is causing it.
