I had my period this month already starting the 7th and ending around the 11th or 12th. About 3 days later I had unprotected sex. The morning after I took a Take Action pill which says to take one as soon as possible after sex but no more than 3 days after. Then it's too late. Well about 10 days later I woke up from a nap bleeding in my underwear, at first I worried but after research not so much. But today the day after I've barely bled, I don't even really think I bled at all. I expected the bleeding to last me 3-4 days like my regular period but it hasn't happened at all today. Could I be pregnant? I know it sounds silly cause these things are like 99.9% affective. But the day is pretty much over and I haven't been bleeding.
Hi Kathy, whoever told you Plan B was 99.9% effective is 100% mis-informed. 60% to 80% at best is regarded as standard. Those morning after pills contain high levels of hormones and can mess up your cycle quite badly.
Finally, there is a really low possibility of pregnancy that early in your cycle.
