Calamine lotion, an anti-itch lotion, is safe to apply during pregnancy. Some antihistamines are safe to take during pregnancy too but you should check with your doctor first. Your pharmacist may be able to recommend an anti-itch solution which can be added to your bath water or used in the shower.
