I have lost at least 50% of my hair volume. I have had a lot of stress in the past 3 years. Can this vitamin help to reduce my hair loss, increase my hair growth and improve my overall well being? I also take Vyvanse 40 mg
I find it unlikely that prenatal vitamins will help you with hair loss that is age/hormone related. Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if you have an improperly balanced diet.
Whilst I am unsure about pre-natal vitamins in your situation, vitamins in general are a good move, due to the lack of nutrients in today's diet. Food does not have the nutrients that it once did, unless you are able to eat a largely organic diet.
Do a bit of research into supporting your thyroid with kelp (iodine), for reversing hairloss, & also silica, biotin & selenium.
PNV are unlikely to help. There are over 60 different reasons to lose hair so seek help from a professional if you are not sure of the cause.
