Pneumonia - I have bacterial pnumonia (2 wks) My husband didn't get it. Can he be a carrier?

Not necessarily. I had bacterial pneumonia a few years ago and my husband and children didnt contract it either. I was the only one who had it. Some people have stronger immune systems. Sometimes pneumonia attacks when a person has a weakened immune system that is why people with certain health conditions and older adults are encouraged to get vaccinations-to boost the immune system against these bacterias
