Acetaminophen and opioids won't interact with warfarin.

The link below lists medicines which will interact with warfarin ... you may find this useful if you have to take other medicines as well.

You are right ... it is on the list but only as a minor interaction. I have seen a lot of people on warfarin take acetaminophen.

warfarin ↔ acetaminophen

Applies to:warfarin and acetaminophen

Acetaminophen (APAP) may potentiate the hypoprothrombinemic effect of warfarin and other oral anticoagulants, although data are somewhat conflicting and the mechanism of interaction is unknown. The interaction has generally been associated with prolonged ingestion of relatively high APAP dosages (greater than 1.3 g/day continuously for greater than 1 week) but not with brief, intermittent exposures of average doses. Reported increases in prothrombin time or INR from most studies were often small but statistically significant, although there have been isolated case reports citing bleeding episodes and clinically significant alterations in coagulation parameters.
