HELP!!
Have you been taking your Pills every day without missing any? Have you been on the Pill for over a month? You havent been on antibiotics this past month have you? If you havent been on antibiotics and you have been taking your Pills regularly every day for over a month then it is very unlikely you are pregnant. The reason for using condoms, once you are on the Pill, is to prevent exposure to STDs and having your partner penetrate without one totally negates the whole reason for using one! Also, as far as using condoms as a back up-you must be sure your partner has one on from start to finish. A man leaks sperm all through intercourse, not just when he ejaculates so by penetrating without a condom, even if he doesnt ejaculate (or cum) inside you, you still risk getting pregnant. (my brother is here today to prove this one!) If you meet all the above criteria then it is unlikely you are pregnant but you should still make an appt to see your GYN to see what the pelvic and back pain is all about. You may have an infection or an ovarian cyst or a number of other problems that present with this kind of pain. It merits being checked out. Stress in itself can delay your period so try not to stress but go be seen by your GYN or your PCP.
